HiSMS is a little bit different Sega Master System emulator.
The original Master System screen image is composed by 8x8 pixels, 16 colors sub-images called “tiles”.
The goal of this emulator is to replace these tiles by 32x32 pixels, 32 bits colors (alpha) images, resulting in a screen resolution of 1024x768 pixels.
HiSMS uses Direct3D 7. It’s recommendable 256MB of RAM, a X86 MMX processor and a 32MB 3D video card to play.
If you want to know how to create high-resolution games for HiSMS click this tutorial.
HiSMS is freeware. If you want to report bugs or help the project in any ways (like building a better web page in a decent server) feel free to mail me:
I would like if people send me any high-resolution games made.
